All Epicurean Cutting Surfaces are made from an environmentally friendly natural wood fibre laminate that's food-safe. They are genuinely a pleasure to use, won't dull your knives and are easy to clean. Most importantly, Epicurean boards are dishwasher safe! Due to its composite construction, the Epicurean material is non-porous and doesn't pick up odours or bacteria in the same way as unprocessed timber.
