Methods of Payment
All payments handling is undertaken by SagePay on their secure systems. SagePay (formerly Protx) are the UK's No.1 provider of online payments handling and are used by many of the biggest names on the high street. They have the highest level of security certification from the credit card industry (known as PCI-DSS compliance).
Even though we have our own secure server to handle your personal information, we do not have access to your card details. Please note that, although SagePay will authorise your card payment, we do not charge for any item until it is ready for despatch.
Payment can be made via Visa Delta, Mastercard, Visa or Maestro.
We're sorry, but we cannot accept VISA Electron or Solo cards. These cards are available to individuals under the age of 18 who are not legally entitled to purchase kitchen knives.
Any personal information, or card details, are handled by a certified secure server. In addition, any personal details held by Cooks&Kitchens Direct are protected and only used in accordance with our Data Protection registration held by the Information Commissioner.

All the credit card information sent to SagePay travels through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 'pipeline'. The information goes from your computer to their secure server. SSL is the most advanced security measure available. Any personal information that we retain for administrative purposes (such as addresses) is protected and we use any such information strictly in accordance with Data Protection Regulations. Cooks and Kitchens Kitchenware Limited (trading as Cooks&Kitchens Direct) is registered with the Information Commissioner.
