Cooks&Kitchens Direct is committed to protecting your privacy. All information will be collected and used lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We are registered with the Information Commissioner under our full company name of Cooks and Kitchens Kitchenware Ltd.
We collect information about you for 3 reasons:
To allow you to use our shopping basket
To process your order
To allow us to contact you with any order queries
As permitted under Data Protection legislation, we may email you in the future if you place an order, but we will provide you with a very clear 'one-click' option to unsubscribe from any further e-newsletters if you wish.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (Spam) or to past customers who have unsubscribed from our e-newsletters.

You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, please let us know and we will delete or correct them for you.

We use cookies as the means to hold the contents of the shopping basket. We require both permanent and session cookies to be enabled for the shopping basket to work.

All the personal details that you provide us with are transported using 128-bit encryption verified by our Verisign Secure Server Certificate and are stored on password-protected systems with access limited to authorised individuals.
All payment card information is passed directly to SagePay using similar technology and SagePay has the highest level of certification currently available within the credit card industry. In fact, they are the UK's largest provider of online payment processing.
Cooks&Kitchens Direct has no access to your card details.
