Large premium quality classic bundt cake tin in cast aluminium with a non-stick coating.

The original bundt pan and one of a range of dramatic and inspiring cake tins from the excellent Nordicware range. This classic bundt or gugelhof tin is a traditional shape that is a particular favourite in Germany and the US. These cast aluminium pieces are extremely robust and have a top-quality coating. The advanced casting techniques used by Nordicware allow for a high level of detail to be reproduced in the final cake. There are two basic tricks to getting the best out of these Bundt tins. The first is to thoroughly brush the interior with melted butter (or use a baker's spray) to get good release. The second is to use relatively dense mixtures such as Pound cake or Madeira as the cake will retain better structure and more of the detail. Finally, decorating or simply dusting with icing sugar will really improve the 3D feel of the cake.
