SiliconeZone
SiliconeZone is a US brand of commercial grade silicone bakeware and is currently the best silicone baking range that we've used (silicone bakeware is widely used in the commercial world). The particular features that make it so good are its high gloss finish (improved non-stickiness) and its thick gauge material (it doesn't lose its shape like some brands do). To be blunt, some silicone products perform worse than coated steel bakeware, but the SiliconeZone products really work.
The silicone used in this range is extremely high-grade and sourced from Japan. In the US, it's approved for food use by the Federal Food & Drink Agency (FDA). Please note that you should still follow your recipe's instructions regarding greasing or flouring the bakeware.
